“For the love of dog, answer my questions!”
Oh boy, you are not going to believe the drama from yesterday. So there I was, minding my own business, trying to nap like a responsible emotional support professional… when suddenly—bam! Emma lifts me up like Simba in The Lion King and parades me in front of her entire 8th-grade English class on Engagli.
She actually said—and I quote—“For the love of dog, you better answer my questions!” Then she threatened them. Said if they didn’t participate, I wouldn’t get dinner. Can you imagine? Holding my kibble hostage? I mean, the audacity.
Eventually they chimed in, but wow, the response time was glacial. I was practically wasting away by the time the last kid spoke up. Pretty sure that’s why my dinner was late. Again.
That said… they do love me. I mean, who doesn’t? Every time I appear on screen, it’s a full-on squeal-fest:
“Peanut!! We love you!!”
Yeah, yeah, I know. I’m kind of a big deal.
Honestly, Emma should be paying me a co-teaching salary at this point. I'm the only reason half of them log in. Let’s be real.
